BIH Procurement and management team support you as a client for complex purchases to achieve added value outcomes in procurement and supply in cross-functional, group-wide projects including projects in Oil, gas and petrochemical plants.
Our team can involve in all management and support processes for corporate procurement including implementing procurement strategy, procurement governance, and controls to manage risk in procurement and supply.
We are with you to negotiate with stakeholders/suppliers to promote effective procurement in the stages of a sourcing process taking steps to overcome conflict and challenges with suppliers and other stakeholders.
Team analyze the main types of contractual agreements and identify the circumstances for each to be used, also we are experts in contract management including assessing contractor relationships, performance and proposing necessary corrective actions, contract change management, and claim management including assisting with reviews, coordinating, and managing all claim activities.

Aidin is a graduate of the Montan University of Leoben - Austria, bringing more than 22 years of project manager, site manager, international JV coordinator, control project, marketing, tender and contract document preparation for contractors, and cost estimation.

Reference Projects

Nia Road Tunnel (2009)

This project is a two-tube tunnel with a total length 6.675m (10.300m with access roads).
Nia tunnel is the longest urban tunnel in the Middle East which is excavated by NATM method. The typical width of the tunnel is 20m which increases to 30 m in some sections.
The project had several complex contracts such as:

  • JV contract between the International consulting companies
  • Consulting team contract with client
  • Contractor contract (F-PC)
