He is a graduate of the Montan University of Leoben - Austria, bringing more than 22 years of project manager, construction site manager, supervision, quantity surveyor and cost estimation, consultancy and construction experience.
He has granted a MSc Geotechnical Engineering and Bachelore of Civil Engineering.

50 years old apartment renovation (Vienna, 2018)

The project was located in 19th district of Vienna. The apartment (93 m² + 25 m² Balconies) had constructed 1968. In Last 30 years, just woody windows had been replaced to PVC windows.
We prepared all concept and detail design, also perocurement plan and control and approval of new plans in terms of structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical in two month and all construction phase was finish during 3 months.
The major changes and repairs were:

Replacement of all parquet floors
Replacement of the electrical and mechanical system
Renovation of old bathrooms and toilets (replacement of all floor and wall tiles, installation of new faucets and furniture for toilet and bathroom - reconstruction of insulation and false ceiling)
Add an extra toilet and bath
Remove kitchen walls
Reconstruction and replacement of kitchen equipment and installation of water purifiers system
Repair old walls and install new walls according to the new plan
Replace all doors and door frames
Replacement at the entrance with new fire and anti-theft doors
Painting the whole apartment
Installing glass doors for fireplaces
Replacement of heating radiators and pipes according to the new plan
